In response to the drunk and disorderly charges aginst Roislin Fitzgerald Filed on May 10th 2016, the State finds Fitzgerald Guilty of all charges, and should face an alcohol treatment regimen at the DEMH Asylum on and outpatient basis. Charges dropped upon completion of regimen and payment for the cleaning of the interior of a DEPD squad car.
