SUMMARY
Arrived on scene to find Syn Rosa tied, bloodied and bitten on a crucifix. Victim was surrounded by hooded and robed assailants who escaped on foot. EMT were called to the scene. While treating Ming Yhen turned up and delivered a fatal blow to the woman, puncturing her throat with the heel of her shoe. Ming came willingly under arrest caliming that she had done the city a service.
(( Syn Rosa murdered by Black Mamba crew. Was strung up on a crucifix, beaten bloody. Some sort of metal dildo shoved up her vagina. A cobra was used to poison the woman. ))

CONTRIBAND
Cobra (actual snake). Man with white hair in an asylum guard uniform left with this evidence.

Ming made a deal with the DA to plea of lessor charges, in agreement she will be doing court order therapy sessions with a doctor at DEMH for PTSD, and court ordered community service.
