Bean got a call from Ming, asking for help with a matter of family honor. It seems that the DEPD has been pushing the Yheng clan (Which Bean is a part of ) and the Pawns ( which Bean is not a part of) too far. They have been messing up weddings and generally hurting her family. This is not something that she can handle, and besides, she is bored as hell.

So, in order to get the coverage she needs to really make the cops suffer she needs to get the unwilling help of the entire city. So she comes up with a plan. She is going to mail costumes to the people of Dead End, with a recorded message telling them that they are indeed the character that they have put down. Also, they are in a bad mood with each other and more importantly they are mad at the cops, for terrible things that have happened to the Yheng clan. This shall be done in the form of civil unrest, and for some of you I might even be able to come up with a plan to do specific stunts. All of it will be told via a voice recording. So, why would you do it? Well that is easy….. Devils breath is packed in the box with the costume, and will blow in your face. Don’t want to take part? That’s easy as well, the trap didn’t work.

Where do you get the costume? Anything you want to be, or anything that you have in your inventory. It starts on Monday, but I want to see it staggered for the week, so the cops have to earn their pay….. The boxes and styles will change, and Bean would go so far as to have a card show up with the breath in it, and then the box delivered a half hour later.
