BACKGROUND: The Red Herring is one of the most beloved and most visited places in dead end. I myself have loved every minute that i have worked there. The customers, The RP that it brings me, not to mention the friends I have made there. No matter who you ask in this city everyone has at least one memory at the Herring, Be it the comforting and relaxed atmosphere or the friendly staff that is employed there. it is a history that i myself would love to add to in the most positive of ways. I have so many Ideas for this amazing little shop that my head is about to explode. I would keep the menu very much the same, we would run weekly special made items, monthly items, Seasonal Items as well . I would like to start taking Business Orders for weekly deliveries ( if the business comes in and requests them) for meetings, Catering for Weddings and other events. Topless Tuesday would still be in effect ( should employees want to take part). Also The Red Herring would be hosting events as well as Catering events upon request.

UNIQUE: Everything about the Herring I find Unique. From the workers, the atmosphere, the treats and items that can be bought. I hope to keep the herring the way it is and add a bit more to it. The rich and comforting environment of the Herring is something that can not be rivaled any place else in Dead End. I myself find the herring to be the perfect pace to meet up with an old friend and enjoy a nice treat be it laced or regular. It has a homey feel something that I feel everyone needs once and a while and it is something i and some others find the most relaxing in this city. The Uniqueness os the shop is something i would like to add to, to cater to a wider variety of customer, with Specials, special made Items, to incorporate pop culture into the decorating of some of the baked goods. Monthly Themed Events would be held monthly. Starting with a beach themed party.

EXPERIENCE:Experience : I have been a member of Dead End for about 7 months now, and IN that time I have noticed and taken note of the things that grabs peoples attention and in my short time as a manager at the herring I have put in suggestions for specials based on Holidays, Pop Culture, and other things that have the potential to bring in RP as well as make the RP good enough to make them want to keep coming back. With being a RL baker and having a deep love for meeting new people I have a great confidence that I could bring RP to the Herring and keep it the same relaxed and friendly environment that everyone expects from it as well as put the time needed into the business.

IDEAS:: I love this Coffee shop and I would love to be given the chance to show people how much I love not only this shop but the customers and employees as well. I would very much love to bring more RP to this place and with the time i have I would love to remind people even if they don't need reminding what a great place The Red Herring is. We would be running Weekly specials that will be advertised in plenty of time for them to take part in the event. Monthly specials will also be offered ranging from Stable thigns on the menu to things that are special made.

OTHER:If approved I would plan an event based on the end of summer maybe a light beach or pool party theme. course things will be planned accordingly depending on location. Herring would offer goods make at the establishment and possibly a caterer.
