Did I say short? Well, I guess I should stick to that. I honestly must have a talk with my personal assistant as she was instructed to take care of this weeks ago. Good help is truly hard to find. I had hoped to use a mailbox at the real estate to give this information, but as my writer is still struggling on the finer points of setting one up (apparently a small discussion with her is also in order), I will take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Ms Trine. I operate a small, insignificant management company. My team had located a parcel in your fine city located on the outskirts of the city proper and near a pleasant appearing gym and The Jury Bar. The existing structures appeared to have potential so the parcel was purchased. Remodeling has begun on one of the structures and is on schedule for completion soon as long as I can keep the construction workers sober long enough. The run down structure however has become entangled in your recent elections and governmental changes. I had secured agreements with former city bureaucrats, but it seems there is a new stock and the whole process of zoning, permitting, impact statements, water rights, union issues, air quality standards, mineral rights, inspections, engineering approvals......hmmm, perhaps it may be simpler to just send out the minions to have a talk with the new stock. We shall see.

To get back on track, the rundown structure on my newly acquired investment seems to be in a bureaucratic limbo at the moment. Security on is is enormously difficult and I cannot guarantee the property's safety nor can I guarantee that it can be held secured, given the nature of it's condition of course. (This is a long winded way of saying that my intention is for the run down warehouse and it's associated trappings be open for anyone's use. I hope that everyone feels free to use it in RP as works for them as I am more interested in what people are able to do with it as in coming up with anything myself. Even though, yes, I do have an agenda and I will use it myself towards that end. It was simply too neat of a building to not use somewhere. Though I will warn that I am intending for a basement addition on it that will be, lets just call it, more brutal than what I have seen in DE so far. It may not be to everyone's taste, hence the warning, but I do have a slightly sinister side.)
