I think a photo studio that includes a tea lounge area is reasonable. I’d like to keep the option for people IC to hire someone to spy/investigate other businesses, people, and ongoing happenings in DE.

Thanks for the feedback. You’re right, it could be easier to stick to just one thing. I was thinking of several things that could provide different options for people to go with, versatility, yadda yadda yadda.
