A little about me: Phoe is a retired porn actress who landed in DE on the run from her ex. Now that he has met with an unfortunate accident, Phoe has taken over a portion of his business utilizing his contacts and is looking to set up shop in DE. She's already met quite a few of the locals and has her first apartment all on her own, now calling DE her home. She has had a few unfortunate "accidents" after a few drunken disagreements, but hey, she likes it rough (wink wink nod nod).
