With the rise of people wanting co-leads I do want to say that this is technically what the manager role is for, you are allowed to have someone(s) helping your business, haha! But also - this is not an excuse for you to still hold the lead title and not do any work. You still need to be attending the monthly meetings, planning events, and generating RP.

Yes, and I was on work break for a month for RL. I'm back now and as usual, still doing my monthly events and other plannings. I did that because as Admin I have a boatload of responsibilities on top of just role playing but didn't want to destroy my characters storyline (I want to have fun too!). With the bigger businesses especially, this is okay, such as PD, FD, Hospital, and Daily.
