So. Once again I find myself on the way to Dead End City. It has been a productive span of nearly 4 years and much I expect will have changed. Most especially the people. My sources tell me the Yhengs are still there. This is good. I look forward to seeing my dear Ming once again. It has been too long since we shared intimacy. My work on my sister was a greater success than I had hoped for. Her conditioning under my care will provide me with a useful ally in the coming days.
As I set out on this, what is to be my greatest experiment, I am of two minds. One mind is excited to be delving into new and previously uncharted areas. And one mind is uncertain of the potential for success. After years of research I feel I simply cannot leave such a critical event to chance. The answer lies in DNA and gene splicing I am sure of it. I cannot, no I will not leave this to random chance. All I need is the right genetic material. The donors will have the desired traits, all I will have to do is harvest them. Though I will have to evaluate each donor carefully, this can be done!
