I just wanted to step in and provide my thoughts on some of the responses I've been seeing lately on the proposals that go up - especially for businesses.

The point of business rentals on the sim is to provide an individual an opportunity to pay (and support) for space to try an idea of theirs. Kyo is the first part of the vetting process; he makes sure that the proposer knows how to RP and that their idea fits within the context of the sim. When it gets posted here, what we should be doing is offering advice on how to make it successful, along with questioning any areas of the proposal that is lacking or should be more thought out. It needs to be positive and constructive.

The forum is not an opportunity to "vote" on what proposal gets approved or not; it's also not appropriate to say "it simply won't work".

We should welcome and support people's enthusiasm for starting something new in our city. Finally... I know shop spaces have been limited lately ... hoping to fix that very soon.

Feel free to share your thoughts or concerns!
