The Jade

BACKGROUND: I think for the jade, we'd really like to bring some flare to the boring old "Sushi take out" idea, We'd like to implement some of the Society girls and any others who apply for the job, to work as sushi girls, We'd like to make the jade a more 'exciting' place to eat, having the cute sushi girls working the bar, and as a special order, you can eat your sushi off of the girls naked bodies; This of course opens the door to catering events, who doesn't want to eat sushi off of a beautiful girl at their next party? New employees would be given the opportunity to bring up suggestions if they have any, and we love involving people in the planning and execution of events! Team efforts and all that, Would also have them on flyer duty, to get the interacting with others and hopefully get them in some good interactive roleplay while advertising the jade. We would often hold promotional deals and offer 'girls nights' where girls drink 50% off or for free depending on the event.. as an example we wouldn't just section it to females only but you get the idea. to help bring people in to buy the sushi~ As for managment, Rin does very well at managing things, Though she would not be going alone. Both Konan Aljon, and Leesargeson resident would be co-owning with me ICly as, we would be taking the jade on under our faction's rule to further spread our influence in the city, also we have cat girls.. and they like sushi, so this was the first choice! We'd love the chance to bring some fresh new life into the jade and see plenty of potential for fun sushi rp! We'd also like to look into delivery for the sushi place... in addition, some touch ups visually and adjustments to the menu would be something we would love to do to make the jade a freaking awesome place to get some raw fish and sake ;D

UNIQUE: With the jade, I think the main way we would make the jade 'pop' a bit more and stand out as an ideal place to come roleplay, would be bringing friendly and interactive staff into the jade, get people involved and make them want to come order some sushi.as right now it seems only a dull, ordinary food option. In addition we would be interested in an under the table drug dealing business, as we do deal drugs already, the jade would work as a nice front for a 'special order' to get your fix! beyond that we'd like to host some fun events and parties to bring a bit of fun to the place~ plus it would be nice to have someone managing the place again! We'd like the chance to take up the reigns on that.

EXPERIENCE:I'll sum it up a bit, because i posted it all when i proposed the society faction, but i've admined many sims. owned a few dozen rp sims.. I've been a faction leader before and I am now currently a new faction lead in DE. I have great management skills and organization. I would love to see something awesome come of not only the jade,

IDEAS:As many testimonials on our faction application would pout out (and warmed my heart) We are very good at engaging new players on sim! We love seeking people out and making sure they feel engaged and involved and helping get some good in-depth story lines happening, or even help them develop their character! int he case of the jade, it would be very easy to bring players in and offer them jobs at the jade to get them going and get some roleplay in for them to start out on! :3

OTHER:I HAVE ADORABLE SUSHI OUTFITS READY. Sushi mascots go! I will have some of the girls put the little sushi costumes on and hand out flyers to advertise the grand re-opening as well as on the re-opening have a 50% off deal all day to bring people in. have some music playing for the sushi girls to dance to, along with maybe something along the lines of a sake drinking contest, see who can hold their own, japanese style! offer a prize for the contest. either just a money prize or something like "3 free meals" or something. no idea. but im sure whatever we come up with will be awesome 😀 Thank you for your time i hope you guys consider us for this <3
