I love this idea. The tours alone are something that I remember having been requested and having something to do that will be a huge deal. For waitresses…for things like the dinner and Pizza slut and what have you…the average minimum is $2.13 an hour plus tips. However, if you do not make the national minimum wage…the business is required to cover what you didnt make in order to have you make at least minimum wage. Ive been a waitress before.
