There were rules put in place to eliminate bias in certain groups.

The DEPD is a gang in itself. So having a cop be a member of another gang is rather silly.

As far as DEMH and DEFD are concerned, if you want to be a criminal and part of these go for it, there is nothing saying you cant. But gang ties can affect how you ICly treat a patient.…[Read more]

this is correct but there have been issues where people wont take calls or will walk away from a scene because its a rival gang member. we need people to actually take calls and do the rp and it will also help with half the FD being hurt because they are in agang.

1. the DEPD is considered a faction/gang

2. it helps control bias when taking calls. you can be associated with a gang but you cant be a member of a gang.

does that make sense? This has been a standing rule for some time. Especially with the DEPD and high ranking position with the DEFD and DEMH and the law offices

You are correct, the faction leader must also have a business as part of the rules. But many wait until their faction is approved to put in that proposal. So if this is approved them mei will need to find a business to run as part of a cover for the faction. While it is not in the guide it has been a rule for some time.

Tasers projectile kind are prohibited for civilian use, stuns guns that require skin contact are allowed for civilian use.
