I am starting a petition to have the new bridges that will grace Dead End named on honor of Officer Cleo Mavendorf who was injured in the recent terror attack and Peninnah Aisley who has so vocally lead the charge against the perpetrators of such a heinous act. These two have shown incredible courage in the face of danger and should be honored.

Who decides who the powerful are? And how do you propose to keep the “private” aspect if the public is permitted inside? Or are only select members allowed inside. That would seem to limit rather than encourage roleplay. Especially if one of the goals is to engage and encourage new or lesser known players.

Ming is absolutely correct. I recall at time when the Daily actually drove roleplay. Bad press leading to retaliations. I would love to see a more active paper once again. I have known Aria for several years and her roleplay has always been of the sort that allowed other players to be engaged, expanding stories.

I joined DE late summer of 2013 and one of my first memories was attempting to make a power play for the Dark room, which was then owned by Fae. Bats, knives… cops ensued…and a love/hate relationship formed. Anjel looks much the same… the dreads got longer and he got richer but still same cocky asshole.

I fully get what you mean. I asked about prison because in a prison the officers have one job only… to deal with prisoners.Unlike in the PD where the staff has to both answer calls on the streets and handle the inmates. I know have heard in the past about a prison rp and was curious about it.
