I know this was a coveted feature on the old DE forums and after much research, I finally went for a full blown chat setup for us. The coolest part about this is, if you use the Emerald SL viewer, you can be logged from in-world too! Emerald viewers will see the "IRC" tab in their communicate window. Before we get there, I wanted to share with you the web version. This will automatically log members of our site into our global chatroom:

The site is moderated by our security team from all our communities, including DE. Once we get this fully operational, this will be a great spot to also come on to get live help from security should you be unable to find anyone in-world (we have 40-50 resident security members in total so someone should be available!)
