Ok so maybe this has been discussed before but I have run into a situation where I need to do something with NPC characters in a place that would probably ICly off outside city limits. so I been told to NPC the scene, I really didn't know how t do that and some have helped me and I'm getting it done but it made me wonder how is the best way to handle this, "I have played in other sims that uses their main chat as a means to inform everyone what happened, but that frowned app on here, so how should one do it if let the most people know, I get that RL you wouldn't have a big audience to listen , but this isn't rl , isn't RP a interactive novel, and if so how do you get the others to hear your part of the story?
