After speaking with Dan this morning we came up with a plan to help our cops make it past the rookie stage:

as discussed Rookies need to be in the PD for atleast 3 months before they can get promoted (this is a rough estimate, as i am not DEPD I dont know all the rules)

So here is the proposal:

In order for a Rookie to get promoted they must attend at least one staff taught roleplay class. This class will cover the basics of roleplay as a cop.

Posting and Post Order
How to enter a scene
How to answer calls
How to use the report system
Drawing your weapons & firing

The idea is to help build better cops to make the DEPD the best, we are in no way saying you are incompetent, we just want to give you the tools to be your best. These classes will be held once a month, dates may be random as we have to coordinate schedules.
