Please review Anika's proposal to take charge of Pizza Slut!

GROUP NAME: Pizza Slut

BACKSTORY: This business already exists in Dead End, but Anika noticed it was not very active, so she signed up as an employee a few weeks ago. Since then, she has acted like a self-appointed manager and hired a couple additional workers and even got an interview with the DE Daily to promote the business. She has also designed T-shirts for the employees as well as a clickable menu. This application is for Anika to become an official manager of Pizza Slut so she can have a bit more control over the environment. Anika's overall agenda is to make money and try to control others since she is a bit of a megalomaniac. In the short term, Anika wants to establish a better reputation for herself by running a reputable business since she is currently viewed primarily as a troublemaker.

UNIQUE: On the surface, it is a standard pizza joint and hangout spot for DE. However, because Anika is greedy, she is always scheming for additional ways to make cash. She has plans to hire more slutty delivery girls and have them offer extras to customers for additional cash. The business will most likely be a struggling business that causes its staff to do desperate things to stay in business and make money. It may branch out into areas such as prostitution and other petty crimes to stay afloat.

EXP:I have been RPing in DE on and off, for nearly two years. I also have experience helping newcomers get acquainted with DE.

IDEAS:IC, the Pizza Slut will offer contests, pizza parties, and other events. It will deliver pizzas to Lulu's customers and other people around town(there is a menu available at Lulus currently). The business will have many layers. For newcomers, it will serve as a simple place to eat and hang out. For longer term RPers, there will be plenty of backstories to get involved in. OOC, I have already hired a couple workers who were new to the sim, and helped them get oriented. They are now at the sim regularly, and have invited other friends to join DE as well.
