It will be the hangout of choice for the Black Mamba Faction but it would welcome every faction member to come and mix. It is not going to be as classy as Lulu's or even the Dark Room, it is meant more as a back alley type of bar where a brawl is expected at a whim and danger can be found or purchased there. UNIQUE: EXPERIENCE:After running the Dark Rose Detective Agency which is in the exact same spot proposed for Lyss's Lair, Rho has found there is not much use for a detective agency so seeks to find a new business more open to the public to encourage more interaction among all the citizens of DE.
