BACKGROUND: BACKGROUND: When she came in DE Sara was your average innocent denizen but as time goes by she proves to be independent and strong and with roots more stronger than she ever thought in DE, after spending 6 months in DE, she has made friends with some very powerful business people in DE and some even owe her a favor or two, in general she is still a kind and caring person but she doesn’t mind stepping into darker sides of town, having almost no fear of anything, this little office/studio/workshop business is going to be the sanctuary she has always wished for those not so dark denizens or those who are keen to use an art therapy or two, to spread the love and education ( of any sort, since we do not have an educational institute in DE) but also mainly used as a cover for her other activities for those darker customers of hers. UNIQUE: With all the insanity going on at DE, this little studio is going to provide an opportunity for those who want to shake their problems off by learning a few dance moves or paint their dark desires away, photography is also offered at this studio, but this office is a great cover for Sara’s private medical emergency services and also her private investigations that only started because she was digging in her past and in search of her parents, but along the way she ended up helping a few people by obtaining specific pictures of certain people or specific information getting her line of work almost changed to a PI. In general this business is educational based and open to new ideas, therefore I am very keen to expand the areas of activities for this business, be it as part of it actual existence or undercover, so in terms of educations and arts it is unique and although it may sound as a competitor for DRDA, but in reality no one knows that the teachers here will offer those special agent services on demand for special and trusted customers only. EXPERIENCE: Sara is a very talented Doctor but she never liked being a doctor, although she still takes on some night shifts at DEMH and provides special medical service for friends and friends of friends who are not keen to go to DEMH and create a medical record, she is a gifted artist and a dancer, so she has been saving up for a while and have been working as a freelance photographer and also having joined DE Daily and RLE as camera crew to remain sane and close to her artistic side in the recent months and to save up some money to open up her own little art and dance studio. In her different jobs, she has obtained a few contacts and has made friends with some powerful business owners, some hired Sara as their exclusive marketing and advertisement agency, some hired her for photography services and some asked her for small favors in obtaining information. IDEAS: I have proposed this business before but no space was available so with the office available now and more ideas along the way, I am still proposing same studio type of business but meanwhile since the ever growing hatred of the DEPD, there are more needs for people who subtly can find the information that you need by having connections in different businesses including DEPD. I do not want to limit the things that can go in the background of this studio but the opportunities are huge. Not all the more saner or not so dark characters in DE like to be a bartender but if they want to be an undercover agent or a teacher to be exact ( dance, any types of arts or even private tutoring of anything) since we do not have schools in DE, this workshop can head anywhere on RP demand, I am willing to take RP to any level and with the office being located next to DE Daily, the little “Lonely Way” street at the back of DE can be a nice chilling centre for the artists, teachers, authors , young talents, photographers and those who do not go well with DEPD but do not want to be part of any factions either, those who enjoy the independency of their lives and can meet and hang with like minded individuals.
