Lyssa's Background

Lyssa was raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her parents were upper middle class, as were all of her friends. She attended a small private school for most of her life, where she did well in her classes, though wasn't a total brain. She attended church with her parents, she wasn't devout in religion but she did believe in god and the teachings of the church. Her parents, the school, the church all taught her that there are certain things only married adults do. And so, she followed these beliefs, remaining a virgin throughout high school.

She decided to take a year off of school after graduation before going to college. Wanting to explore the world, learn more about herself before settling on her predesignated path. And so, with her parents' permission, and some of their money, Lyssa hit the trails. She wandered here and there, staying for a week or two at a time before moving on, touring the world.
